Our Villa Las Terrazas is situated in a quiet and well-kept residential area right on the edge of a green space, offering stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains.

Villa Las Terrazas stands on a 1,500 m² plot featuring a lawn, mature palm trees, a swimming pool, several terraces and a large barbecue area, offering excellent opportunities for leisure, relaxation and privacy. The villa comprises two separately accessed floors. The upper floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a spacious covered living terrace. The separate lower floor features a cosy living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned. A table tennis table is available.

The villa is situated near several beaches, which are characterised by crystal-clear bays and fine sand.

In the evening, a beach bar right by the sea is the perfect place to relax. You can enjoy cocktails there as the sun sets.

There are several marinas with good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

There are three 18-hole golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

If you like, you can play padel or tennis in Santa Ponsa.

Or you could simply go for a walk and enjoy the magnificent view of the sea.

  • Lovely villa, very clean and spacious with gorgeous pool and garden area. The villa had everything we needed for cooking, towels for swimming etc. The hosts were very helpful and we had a great stay! The villa is in a nice residential area, it is about 10/20 minute walk from shops/marina/restaurants etc but would recommend renting a car for exploring any further!

    Nous sommes venus avec nos quatre (grands) enfants. La maison est vraiment superbe. La maison n’est pas loin du club nautique de Santa Ponsa (c’est ce que nous cherchions). La vue sur les montagnes est splendide et nous n’avons pas réussi à nous en lasser. La piscine est très agréable (chaude comme on l’aime). La maison était très propre. Elle est très bien équipée, surtout la cuisine. Je recommande cette location.

  • Fantastic house with a great view of the mountains. The house was clean, secure and had a very good AC. Close to the beach and the restaurants in Santa Ponsa. Very close to Palma – only 15 min.
